MD Saiful Hossain
Software Engineer · Flutter for Android and iOS · Dhaka, Bangladesh
I build mobile apps that keep working when the network doesn't, and RAG and multi-agent systems on the side. Four years at Lazycoders LLC, from junior engineer to project maintainer. Open to Flutter and AI engineering roles, remote or with relocation.
About
I have spent four years at Lazycoders LLC (formerly Right Brain Solution) in Dhaka building cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter. The project I maintain is Appza, a no-code app builder for WordPress. The interesting part is a custom JSON-to-Flutter rendering engine that turns a site's configuration into a running app, with integrations for WooCommerce, TutorLMS, LearnDash and Fluent Community. We are a two-person mobile team; I am the senior one, so I own the architecture and mentor the junior developer.
Before that, Nourish: offline-first veterinary data collection for low-connectivity field work, with more than 100 SQLite tables and 90+ consolidated APIs. When the network is unreliable, sync conflict handling stops being a detail and becomes the product. PosKeeper, a point-of-sale system for medicine stores, has the same shape.
I own production releases end to end: signing, versioning, staged rollout, and iOS publishing automated with Fastlane and the App Store Connect API. I use Claude Code, Cursor and Copilot daily on shipped work.
Work
Software Engineer, Project Maintainer (Mobile) — Lazycoders LLC, Dhaka
- Own the mobile side of Appza, a no-code WordPress app builder family. Built the shared Flutter package behind every variant and the JSON-to-Flutter rendering engine for dynamic UI.
- Architected the offline-first sync engine for Nourish: four user roles, 100+ SQLite tables with automatic cloud sync, 90+ APIs consolidated into batch operations.
- Shipped Fluent Community Mobile to both stores, first as a Flutter app on that package; since June 2026 I co-develop its Capacitor and Ionic React rebuild. Built dynamic product variant selection for the e-commerce apps.
- Built PosKeeper, a POS for medicine stores with hybrid offline/online storage, invoicing and ledgers.
- Release engineering for every app: signing, versioning, staged rollout, certificate management, TestFlight, Fastlane and the App Store Connect API. Promoted from Junior Software Engineer to Project Maintainer.
Freelance Software Developer
- Eight projects delivered, five stars on every review (freelancer.com). One client was a research team at the University of Bonn, Germany, for whom I evaluated two Linux testing tools.
Shipped apps
Appza
No-code app builder for WordPress and WooCommerce. Custom JSON-to-Flutter render engine, build flavors for demo and production, automated build pipeline, Fastlane iOS deployment. I maintain it and own the mobile architecture.
WordPress plugin Google Play App StoreNourish
Veterinary field data collection for Nourish Poultry and Hatchery. Offline-first, four user roles, 100+ SQLite tables (45 of them reports), 90+ APIs consolidated into batches. Joined as the sole developer and became project maintainer.
Google PlayFluent Community Mobile
Community app for Fluent Community sites, on both stores. First shipped as a Flutter app on the Appza package; since June 2026 a Capacitor and Ionic React rebuild in TypeScript that I co-develop in a two-person team: spaces, courses and paid-space access.
Google Play App StorePosKeeper
Point of sale for medicine stores that works the same online and offline: invoicing, customer and vendor ledgers, financial records, automatic synchronization. Its dynamic theme loader became the seed of Appza's render engine.
Google PlaySimple Staffing
Workforce management connecting hourly workers with clients: applicant tracking, check-in/check-out time tracking, timesheets with disputes, payroll and invoicing, push notifications. My first end-to-end app and my first App Store publication.
Google Play App StoreQRF
Quran reading and learning app: multiple translations, audio recitations, bookmarks, verse search, memorisation tools, offline access through SQLite. Freelance project.
AI systems
Two personal projects drive most of what I have learned recently. Both are private repositories; I am happy to walk through either one on a call.
Studio-Ops
An autonomous video studio built on OpenClaw. A director agent coordinates per-channel bots, and git serves as the shared memory between them. It produced twelve videos end to end before I paused it over GPU costs.
Generation sits behind an adapter, currently LTX 2.3, Wan 2.2 and Flux.2 through the ComfyUI API, with thirty benchmarked workflow variants behind the model choices. On RunPod I measured serverless against on-demand pods and reversed the architecture decision on the numbers.
Public piece: RunPod ComfyUI workerMaster Mosai
A retrieval service in Python over a private corpus: FastAPI, ChromaDB vector store, LangChain chunking, Ollama embeddings, Redis and PostgreSQL. About 8,000 lines with 128 test functions.
